Un-managed Servers
Un-managed Servers are the customers responsibility. ZipServers will be responsible for managing hardware, network and reboots that you may require. Cusomer is responsible for all installing software, security, updating the OS and software, and day-to-day management.
Fully Managed Servers
ZipServers will handle OS and control panel hardening on delivery. ZipServers will also monitor you VPS via PING and respond if PING failures are received. Additional TCP monitoring is available for $4.95/mo. Root access is still available to customer should they wish to handle management tasks.
