ZipRewards Terms & Conditions (ZTC)
Each customer becomes a member of ZipRewards and receives 2500 points when signing up for any Dedicated server valued at over $99 per month.
ZipReward members earn 2000 bonus points for referring new customers or when purchasing a new server. Points total is 2000 TOTAL and does not include the 2500 ZipReward points awarded when ZipReward member signed up.
Earn 250 bonus points during months you don't use our ZipSupport.com ticketing system. However, you MUST request the 250 bonus points by the 7th day of the following month to gain the bonus points.
Every dollar spent on upgrades, monthly hosting fee's and server administration earns one point. Setup fee's are exempt from the ZipRewards program.
ZipReward Points have no expiration date and are valid as long as the ZipRewards program is valid. If you cancel service on one or more servers, all Reward points are lost and not reedemable.
Points must be redeemed 10-days prior to the end of the month to be calculated on your next month invoice. Failure to redeem prior to 10-days will result in your points being redeemed on the following months invoice.
Cancelled services/servers do not earn ZipReward points. Any service/servers cancelled forfeit total amount of ZipRewards earned for that service/server.
ZipRewards earned points are only valid for active service/servers.
ZipRewards are not available for any VPS products.
ZipRewards Points can not be redeemed for cash.
ZipReward points have no cash value and can not be redeemed for cash.
Redeemed ZipReward points are credited to your account for usage on your next invoice due.
ZipReward points are non-transferable between account holders.
Customer account must be in good standing to utilize ZipReward points. Any servers that the customer purchases be in service for 60-days prior to first ZipRewards redemption.
Customers who allow invoices to lapse or do not pay invoice in full by due date are subject to ZipRewards points forfeiture. Customers must maintain a good payment history in order to participate in ZipRewards. Accounts who are late on their first month are assessed a 3650 ZipReward penalty. Accounts with a late pay history of two months or more will be removed from the ZipRewards program without notice and can not participate in the ZipRewards program.
ZipReward products are purchased on a per month basis (with ZipReward Points or cash value) and added permanently to customer account. Customer is responsible for ongoing monthly fee's or charges.
ZipRewards member is responsible for all recurring charges for any upgrades or services that are billed on a monthly or yearly recurring basis.
Fraud or abuse relating to the accrual of points or redemption of ZipRewards may result in forfeiture of accrued points as well as cancellation of your ZipRewards program.
For any questions or disputes regarding eligibility for the ZipRewards program or the eligibility of points for accrual or conversion of points or redemptions of ZipRewards in the program, please open a ticket under your user account at https://www.zipsupport.com.
THE SERVICES, MATERIALS AND INFORMATION CONTAINED IN THE ZIPREWARDS PROGRAM ARE PROVIDED TO YOU "AS IS." ZIPSERVERS, INC. RESERVES THE RIGHT TO CANEL OR MAKE ANY CHANGES TO ZIPREWARDS PROGRAM WITH OR WITHOUT NOTICE. THIS MEANS, FOR EXAMPLE, THAT WE MAY CHANGE THE NUMBER OF POINTS EARNED ON SPENDING, THE NUMBER OF POINTS REQUIRED TO REDEEM REWARD POINTS AND/OR CANCEL ANY PART OF THE PROGRAM OR THE WHOLE PROGRAM. ZIPREWARDS MAY CONTAIN TECHNICAL OR OTHER INACCURACIES OR TYPOGRAPHICAL ERRORS. TO THE EXTENT ALLOWABLE UNDER APPLICABLE LAW, ZIPSERVERS, INC. DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF NON-INFRINGEMENT, MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE. THESE EXCLUSIONS MAY NOT BE EFFECTIVE IN CERTAIN JURISDICTIONS, SO THIS EXCLUSION MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU.
IN NO EVENT WILL ZIPSERVERS, INC. BE LIABLE FOR ANY SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL, INDIRECT OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES OF ANY KIND, OR ANY DAMAGES WHATSOEVER INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, THOSE RESULTING FROM LOSS OF POINTS, USE, DATA OR PROFITS, WHETHER OR NOT ZIPSERVERS, INC. HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH THE USE OF THIS SITE OR OF INFORMATION OBTAINED THROUGH THIS SITE.
ZIPSERVERS, INC. MAY AT ANY TIME IN ITS SOLE DISCRETION MAKE CHANGES OR ENHANCEMENTS TO THE PRODUCTS DESCRIBED IN THIS WEBSITE, OR MODIFY OR DISCONTINUE ANY SERVICES DESCRIBED OR PROVIDED HEREIN.
ZIPSERVERS, INC. MAY AT ANY TIME IN ITS SOLE DISCRETION CANCEL ZIPREWARDS AND CANCEL ALL OUTSTANDING POINTS NOT REDEEMED BY ZIPREWARDS MEMBERS.
You acknowledge and agree that there are no guarantees or assurances of any nature whatsoever and that information transmitted through ZipRewards will be secure or confidential, and you hereby waive any and all claims against ZipServers in connection therewith. You further acknowledge that the Internet and the World Wide Web are known to be unpredictable in their performance and may from time to time impede access to this website or the performance of the services hereunder. You hereby agree that ZipServers, Inc. is not in any way responsible for any such interference with your use of or access to our ZipRewards program, and you waive any and all claims against ZipServers in connection therewith.
